Follow your urologist’s post-treatment care instructions.

Most patients experience long-term symptom relief with Rezūm Therapy.1 If you’re not satisfied with your symptom relief after 3 months, consult with your urologist to discuss your options.

Your urologist may recommend a second BPH procedure.2 If you have a second procedure within 12 months of your initial Rezūm Therapy, you may be eligible to recover up to $1,500 in out-of-pocket medical expenses.3,4

Download and print the payment request form. Fill out the patient section and ask the urologist who performed your initial Rezūm Therapy to sign the form. How Does Rezūm Water Vapor Therapy Work?

When do I need to register for the program?

We recommend you register right after your Rezūm Therapy.

How do I know if I am eligible for the program? 

You must register for the program and meet with your urologist at least 3 months after your Rezūm Therapy. Your urologist must verify that you require a second BPH procedure and meet the eligibility criteria. And the second BPH procedure must be completed within 12 months of your initial Rezūm Therapy.

Registered patients, who meet the criteria outlined in the program details, must submit a payment request form with the required paperwork within 120 days of your second BPH procedure.

What is required to file a payment request under the program?

If I have a second BPH procedure more than a year after my Rezūm Therapy, will it be covered?

No, patients having a second procedure more than 12 months after the original Rezūm Therapy are not eligible for this program.

How long do I have to file a payment request?

The payment request must be filed within 120 days following your second BPH procedure.

What out-of-pocket expenses can I recover under the program?

You can recover up to $1,500 for out-of-pocket medical expenses for both the original Rezūm Therapy and the second BPH procedure. Medical expenses can include co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles. Documentation of all expenses is required when submitting a payment request.
